Welcome to DomiUp. By using our services, you agree to follow the terms and conditions listed below. Please read them carefully before starting a project with us.

1. Services Provided

DomiUp provides digital creative and marketing services, including:

  • Video Production & Editing

  • Graphic Design & Branding

  • Social Media Management

  • Meta Ads Campaign Management

  • Personal Branding & Business Consultation

2. Monthly Billing & Payment Process

We work on a Monthly Subscription basis to ensure consistent growth for your brand.

  • Service Fee (Post-paid): Our agency service fee is post-paid, meaning you pay at the end of each service month.

  • Ads Budget (Pre-paid): For Meta or Google Ads, we collect the estimated ad spend at the beginning of the month.

  • Adjustment: At the end of the month, we calculate the actual amount spent. If there is any remaining balance or extra cost, it will be adjusted in your next month’s invoice.

  • Invoicing: You will receive a clear invoice every month showing the service fee and ad spend adjustments.

3. Account Access & Transparency

We believe in 100% transparency.

  • Shared Access: You will always have full access to all your social media and ad accounts. We work together with you, ensuring you are always in control.

  • Personal Brand Database: For every client, we maintain a dedicated Brand Database. This includes all your content, design assets, and performance reports, so you have everything organized in one place.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary materials (logos, images, text, etc.) on time.

  • Give clear and timely feedback during the revision process.

  • Delays in materials or feedback may result in a delayed project deadline.

5. Revisions and Changes

Most projects include a specific number of revisions (usually 2-3). Additional revisions or major changes in the project scope may incur extra costs.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Once the final payment is cleared, you own the rights to the final designs and videos we create for you. DomiUp reserves the right to display the work in our portfolio unless an NDA is signed.

7. Confidentiality

Any sensitive information shared with us (business plans, customer data, etc.) will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

DomiUp aims for excellence, but we cannot guarantee specific sales figures, as digital marketing depends on external factors like market trends and platform algorithm changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
